The wastewater generated by pharmaceutical companies causes serious pollution to water bodies due to the fact that most of its pollutants are complex, toxic, harmful, and difficult to degrade organic substances. At the same time, industrial wastewater also exhibits obvious acidity and alkalinity, and some wastewater contains excessive salt content. These characteristics make pharmaceutical wastewater a difficult type of wastewater to treat in the water treatment industry.
At present, the pharmaceutical industry mainly uses physical and chemical methods to reduce the pollutant content in wastewater, and then discharges the wastewater into the pipeline network after reaching the standard through biochemical treatment. The sludge in the pharmaceutical industry is mainly composed of physical and chemical sludge (usually accounting for more than 60% of the dry sludge). This type of sludge generally has high viscosity, high specific gravity, and small particles. Therefore, conventional solid-liquid separation equipment is difficult to treat it. 1) Innovatively developing a new type of inorganic material specific spiral shaft, by adjusting the spacing between the spiral shaft and impeller, reducing the dead zone between the shaft and impeller, etc., the pressure inside the dehydration chamber is increased more smoothly, thereby alleviating the problem of sludge blockage in the pharmaceutical industry;

4) We have adopted a fully sealed design to address the significant harm caused by pharmaceutical sludge, resulting in a cleaner on-site environment. Equipped with a pneumatic spring observation window, the internal operating status of the machine can be observed;
